Delivery is
intended to be Next-Day*
assuming that you have ordered before 3pm. However, this could
forseeably
(although rarely) be affected by events such as postal strikes or
disrupted road transport networks.
(* PLEASE
NOTE : If you order a battery after 3pm on Friday - our courier service
will not pick up the order until the following Monday - therefore
orders placed after 3pm on Friday will NOT arrive until the following
Tuesday)
Fitting is not included in the Buy
Online price. If you wish to have the product fitted by us then please call 0800 195 98 97
to arrange an installation
engineer to visit. The average installation price
would be around £15-20 extra provided you live within 10 miles of
Stockport.
Liabilities and
Losses
We accept full
liability for the Product during transit. Although
we seek to keep our standards
as high as possible - you must check the condition
of the product upon
receipt. After receipt of the product and you have
given a signature - the liability for anything concerning that product
is passed to yourselves.

Batteries contain Battery Acid which is highly
corrosive. ALL of our
products are
checked before dispatch and we are confident that each is
dispatched appropriately. However, having checked the condition
of the Battery upon receipt -
you must still undertake basic safety precautions as

Returns
Any product found
on receipt to be damaged must be re-packaged and returned. Call us on 0800 195 98 97

Any product that is
within warranty (4 years from the purchase date)
that proves to be faulty must
be
posted back to us. Postage costs will be
refunded by us on approval as
per the nature of the fault and you will be provided with a
replacement via courier as per
the approval. If you post a battery back to us
that is either inapropriately
packaged (please refer to how the product arrived) or
damaged in a way that we
believe is beyond ordinary wear and tear - your
warranty may be voided.
Faults caused by
under-charging the battery
We do not accept
product returns that are caused by vehicles with
malfunctioning
alternators** We also do not accept product returns from owners
of
vehicles that barely cover 1000 miles per year where the battery is not
charged regularly enough to be considered normal operation.
Negligence on your part may be
investigated if we doubt that your claim is genuine.
