Make
the
most of the two long weekends this April, fit a new 12
volt
leisure battery
in your RV and head for the open road for an extended Spring break
away!
Reports
have
shown that the caravan industry have seen a boost in bookings
for the end of April, as people plan to make the most of the two long
weekends off in succession. This year the Easter bank holiday falls
on the 22nd
April to 25th
April, while the following Friday is an extra bank holiday- to mark
the Royal wedding between Prince William and Kate Middleton, with May
Day falling on the following Monday.
By
taking just three days off midweek caravanners are able to take an
extended 11 day break in their caravans or motor homes. This boost
has come as a welcome surprise to the travel industry, with many
places now fully booked.
If
you still want to make the most of the two long weekends, but have
not yet booked a holiday park you can- simply fit your RV with some
new motorhome
batteries
or leisure
battery’s
and head for the open road. Some of the most enjoyable trips are
those spur of the moment spontaneous journeys.
Many
people
traditionally take a break over the Easter period to enjoy the
first flourishes of Spring- as flowers poke their brightly coloured
heads above the ground, and baby animals start making an appearance
in the English countryside.
This
year
tourists will be able to enjoy their break for a little longer-
which is pleasing news for the retailers who depend on tourism for
their main income after a long, hard winter. In addition to this,
many holiday parks and tourist towns will also be hosting Royal
wedding celebrations, parties and organised events. This will enable
retailers to further benefit from the presence of royalists who are
away from London, and who have used the break to get away from the
rat race.
